You do realize that that is a falsified email right? For one thing Nintendo of America has no say so in what Sheik's gender is. The only person who can do that is Miyamoto because he is the one who created him/her. Secondly even Hyrule Historia (which is Miyamoto's cop out of a continuity in the series) only refers to Sheik by name and doesn't use pronouns such as she/he or him/her therefore meaning that Sheik's gender is supposed to be ambiguous and is supposed to remain unknown.
so the people who sell the series have no say so in the character they own. secondly on the subject of miyamoto he is a child at heart so do you think he'd set up some complicated story to give sheik a penis!? this whole notion of sheik being a boy is stupid. also his gender was left ambiguous so it can be surprising that shes Zelda duh shes not chrona where not even the creators know what it is! shes Zelda in a costume who augmented her eyes and skin to look like a sheikah don't you think if sheik was a real boy wearing the mask would be pointless because hes not Zelda any more learning to be a sheikah would be pointless because hes not Zelda sheik being an actual boy would defeat OoTs purpose because Zelda cant be found by Ganon because shes a dude and dont you think if her sex was to be unknown then why does multiple character bios from ssb and the manga say sheik is a girl this whole conversation is stupid because idiots are denying whats simply common sense!!
No they don't because they don't make the series. Just because you sell something doesn't make you the owner of the series. This is a game where there is religious chanting in temples, a child is forced to gain the body of an adult to fight evil, people are hinted at to become Zombies after they die (where they also hump you), the Gerudo's trap men who wander into their fortress so they can have sex with them, etc. There is nothing lighthearted about this game therefore a magical sex change isn't far off. If Sheik was simply Zelda's body then why couldn't Zelda escape from the flames in Ganondorf's Castle? Sheik would have been able to jump over those no problem but Zelda had to be rescued by Link. Also no amount of binding can make a girl's breasts appear to be the muscular man chest that Sheik has in official artwork. Zelda has big enough boobs that she couldn't hide them by binding (and besides that they would fall out all the time because of Sheik's constant movement). Lastly Smash Bros isn't canon to the series. It has nothing to do with the Zelda series therefore it's information isn't canon nor is it always accurate. And speaking of that in the Japanese version of Smash Bros Sheik is simply referred to by name NOT by pronouns.
